REGULATIONS

01. The raffle is made up of 3000 (three thousand) numbers (0000-2999), with each number sold at R$50.00 (fifty reais).

02. The raffle is open to everyone, including friends, relatives and other supporters.  

03. The same participant may purchase one or more numbers, thus increasing their chances of winning one or more prizes (as long as they have purchased more than one number). 

04. When choosing your number, it will be reserved for 1 day to make payment. If this does not happen, the number will be made available again.

05. The raffle will be drawn based on the extraction of the Federal Lottery prize in the draw after Noah's birth, which is currently scheduled for May 27, 2024. Federal Lottery prizes take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Therefore, the raffle will take place in the first draw after Noah's birth. 

Example: Noah is born on Monday, the Federal Lottery prize to be considered will be the one on the Wednesday immediately after his birth. If Noah is born on Thursday, the draw for the immediately following Saturday will be considered. If he is born on a Wednesday, it is considered the following Saturday, and if he is born on a Saturday, it is considered the following Wednesday.

 The award will take place as follows:

* 1st Prize: 01 (one) iPhone 14 ProMax, Silver (silver) 128gb (accompanied by Apple Original USB-C 20W Power Adapt charger); 

* 2nd Prize: 01 (one) pair of AirPods Pro 2nd Generation (2nd Generation)

* 3rd Prize: 01 (one) Celestron Travel Scope 70W Telescope (70 mm refracting telescope with optics)

06. If the federal lottery is not drawn on the Wednesday or Saturday in question, the next draw will be considered.

07. If all numbers are sold before Noah's birth, we will hold the draw in advance.  (We will inform you via the email registered at the time of purchase that the last number has been purchased and then we will consider the immediate extraction after the sale of this last number to carry out the draw).

08. If all numbers are not sold by Noah's birth, the draw will be rescheduled until tickets are sold out.

09. The results of the Federal Lottery can be consulted at Lotteries or on the website 

https://loterias.caixa.gov.br/Paginas/Federal.aspx

10. If the winners do not get in touch and the organizers are unable to contact them within a maximum period of 30 days, counting from the date of the draw, the prizes will be drawn again.

11. The act of purchasing the numbers, at the defined value, constitutes the participant's knowledge and full acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Regulations.

12. Prize winners are responsible for the shipping cost to send their prizes to cities, states in Brazil and other countries around the world. And the organizers of this raffle are not responsible for lost mail.

How will the winning numbers be drawn?

For the 1st prize we will consider the last four digits drawn from the six in the 1st winning draw of the Federal Lottery. 

*If the first winning draw of the federal lottery does not include our first prize (0000 to 2999), we move on to the second winning draw of the Federal Lottery, continuing until the last draw to win our 1st prize. 

*If no extraction includes our 1st prize, we will consider vertically the 1st to 4th winning extraction of the federal lottery. Example: first winner 003221, second winner 004212, third winner 084731, fourth winner 094572. The last digits (units) vertically would be in the order: 1, 2, 1, 2. The winning ticket for our raffle will then be number 1212 .

*If we still don't find the winners, we will consider the dozens. Example: 009229, 084732, 043821, 003291. Numbers to be considered vertically will be: 2,3,2,9. Therefore, the winning ticket is: 2329. 

*If we don't find the tens, we go to the same system using the hundreds.

*If we don't find it, we will use the 2nd to 5th winning extraction of the federal lottery and apply the same progressive method (we run out of units, then we run out of tens and then we run out of hundreds).

*Ultimately we will do the same thing from bottom to top with the same progression of exhaustion of possibilities (units, tens and hundreds) initially considering from the 4th to the 1st extraction, not finding the winner we will go from the 5th to the 2nd extraction. 

IF NONE OF THESE METHODS INCLUDE THE 3 PRIZES, we will consider the next federal lottery draw, starting with the first strategy and progressing to the last until the winners are selected.

THE SAME NUMBER CANNOT COMPETITION FOR DIFFERENT PRIZES. ONCE YOUR TICKET HAS BEEN DRAWED, IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXCLUDED FROM OTHER DRAWINGS.
